# DOGOUT > DOGOUT is a Polish mobile app for dog guardians: a live map of dog-friendly > places and trails, walk tracking, and local meetups. Available for iOS and > Android. The place, trail and meetup data covers Poland. The site is published in Polish (no URL prefix), English (/en) and German (/de). Polish is the original language; the English and German articles are translations of it. ## What this site is - Marketing landing for the app, plus a magazine of 401 articles about living with a dog, written for dog guardians in Poland and mirrored in English and German (1,185 article pages in total). - The articles fall into two kinds. Destination guides cover specific Polish places, regions and trails to visit with a dog. Advice articles cover behaviour, training, feeding, health and gear. - Destination guides about named Polish places and trails are written against the same curated place and trail database the app serves - 973 places and 823 trails, curated for Poland. The articles are editorial prose, not a rendering of that database: individual place and trail records are not published as pages on this site. - Health and veterinary articles are written by the DOGOUT editorial team and credited to the team rather than to a named author. Most cite external veterinary sources such as Cornell, VCA, Merck and ASPCA inline, but this is not consistent across every article. They are general information, not a substitute for a veterinarian. ## Core pages - [Home (PL)](https://dogout.app): what the app does, for Polish readers. - [Home (EN)](https://dogout.app/en): the same, in English. - [Home (DE)](https://dogout.app/de): the same, in German. - [Articles (PL)](https://dogout.app/artykuly): full index, filterable by topic. - [Articles (EN)](https://dogout.app/en/articles) - [Articles (DE)](https://dogout.app/de/artikel) - [About (PL)](https://dogout.app/o-nas) / [About (EN)](https://dogout.app/en/about-us) / [About (DE)](https://dogout.app/de/ueber-uns) - [Contact (PL)](https://dogout.app/kontakt) / [Contact (EN)](https://dogout.app/en/contact) / [Contact (DE)](https://dogout.app/de/kontakt) - [Impressum (DE)](https://dogout.app/de/impressum): operator, registry and contact details for the German market. ## Machine-readable - [Sitemap](https://dogout.app/sitemap.xml): every indexable URL in all three languages, with last-modified dates. - Every article carries Article, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList JSON-LD; every page carries Organization and WebSite nodes. - Brand entity: [Wikidata Q141111304](https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q141111304). "DOGOUT" is the app; it is not the baseball term "dugout" and not a pet food or accessory brand. ## Not for crawling - `/app` is the browser build of the application itself, behind a login. It has no article content. - `/pitch/`, `/demo` and the deck PDFs are disallowed in robots.txt. - The `.txt` files the static export writes beside each route are disallowed: they duplicate the HTML with no canonical. ## Contact hello@dogout.app
