DOGOUT Child Safety Policy
1. Scope and Age Restriction
DOGOUT - Local Dog Meetup App is strictly for users aged 18 and older. Accounts
created by anyone under 18 are promptly removed, and all associated data is permanently deleted. The presence or absence of child users in our app does not alter our strict compliance with child safety standards.
2. Zero-Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for any Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). All materials depicting sexual content involving minors, grooming, sextortion, or trafficking are strictly prohibited and will be immediately removed.
3. In-App Reporting Mechanism
Users can communicate safety concerns, report, or block other users directly within the app.
To do this:
- Go to the profile of the user you want to report.
- Tap the More icon (four small squares) in the top right corner.
- Choose one of the available options: Block or Block and Report.
This satisfies Google Play requirement for an in-app feedback mechanism.
4. Designated Contact for Child Safety
Our dedicated point of contact for child safety issues and CSAM prevention practices is:

This contact is authorized to receive reports, coordinate with Google, and notify law enforcement authorities if required.
5. Enforcement and Reporting Actions
We act swiftly to:
- Remove any CSAE and CSAM content upon obtaining actual knowledge of it.
- Permanently suspend offenders.
- Report confirmed cases to relevant law enforcement and EU authorities under the Digital Services Act (DSA).
6. Legal Compliance
We fully comply with applicable child safety laws, including GDPR regulations regarding minors, the EU Digital Services Act, and Google Play Child Safety Standards policy for Social apps. We regularly review our approach to ensure alignment with evolving legal standards.
